This training is based on the "Key" method of guided psycho-physiological self-regulation developed by Doctor Hasai Aliev. The original stress adaptation model is offered. It is based on the use of guided ideo-reflected devices serving as the way of setting earlier involuntary functions of psyche and organism under control. This allows a sportsman to model his organism’s natural protection forces consciously by using self-regulation devices and to guide his functional state under stress condition. The final part presents the training program of anti-stress devices consisting of three stages.
